How telehealth works
1. Start with a conversation
Tell us what has been going on, what you have already tried and what you hope to change. Your complimentary consultation helps us determine whether our approach and telehealth are a good fit for your needs and location.
2. Choose the right starting point
If more information is needed, we discuss which diagnostic tests may be useful. If you already have a diagnosis or relevant results, we review what you have and may begin with an initial telehealth visit without automatically repeating tests.
3. Understand your results
When testing is complete, we meet by phone or video to review the findings alongside your symptoms and health history. We explain what the results can tell us, their limitations and how they may inform your next steps.
4. Build your individual program
Your care plan is shaped around your needs, goals and findings. Together, we identify priorities, discuss recommendations and set a follow-up schedule to review your response and adjust the plan over time.
Testing with a purpose
We have access to blood work and testing using stool, urine, hair and saliva samples. The right choice depends on the clinical question, your history and whether a result would help guide your care.
Blood work may require a visit to a local collection site. Other samples may be collected at home, depending on the test. We explain the collection process and discuss costs before you proceed.
Not everyone needs testing, and no single test provides the whole picture. Your practitioner selects tests when appropriate and interprets them in context.
A program built around your life
Your plan may include nutrition guidance, practical lifestyle changes and supplements when appropriate. We consider your current care, medications, preferences and day-to-day routine as we develop recommendations.
You will know what to focus on first, what to monitor and when to follow up. If an examination or another type of care is needed, we will discuss the appropriate next step.

Questions before you begin?
Can I start without a diagnosis?
Yes. The free consultation is a place to discuss your concerns and whether a telehealth evaluation makes sense. It is a brief fit conversation; a full assessment and care plan happen in a subsequent appointment.
Can you use tests I already have?
We can review existing results and decide whether they are relevant and current enough for your needs. Ask our team how to share records before your appointment.
Do I need to live in Northwest Arkansas?
Our clinic is based in Fayetteville. Telehealth eligibility depends on where you will be physically located during the visit and your care needs. Contact us so we can confirm availability for your location.
What does telehealth cost?
The initial 15-minute consultation is free. Telehealth appointments and any recommended laboratory testing have separate fees. We will help you understand the proposed next steps and costs before you begin.
What happens during a virtual visit?
We discuss your health history, symptoms, goals and available results by phone or video. Hands-on examinations and chiropractic adjustments require an in-person visit.
