FAQs

"Health is built slowly and in response to our actions, one day at a time."

Do you take insurance?

We are not able to process bills through insurance. However, if you have insurance, we can provide you with documents to file a claim independently, though we cannot guarantee coverage. Chiropractic, acupuncture, or massage may be covered depending on your individual plan; supplements are rarely covered by insurance.

Do you take walk-ins?

We are not able to take walk-ins. Our doctors are in high demand which means our schedules are typically full. We kindly request that you make an appointment online or with our staff.

Can I get an adjustment without doing an initial evaluation?

No. We are a whole health clinic and our goal is to help you get your health on track and maintain it. The back pain you are experiencing may not be sourced strictly from your back; it could be coming from a gut, hormone, or emotional issue, or something else entirely. There is a lot to cover and we cannot adjust patients who are not established at our clinic. However, we do offer a free consultation and you will be adjusted and treated during your initial evaluation.

Do you run diagnostic tests on site?

No. Our labs are run off site through Lab Corp in Fayetteville, Vibrant America, and others. Feel free to bring in any recent labs or x-rays you'd like your doctor to see.

I'm running late. Can I still come to my appointment?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment. Our days are often fully booked and when one person runs late, it keeps us behind on other patients. Please be respectful of others who are needing our care. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, it is best to reschedule.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. For Dr. Quinn, Dr. Fennel, and all massage therapists we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failing to appear for an appointment without notification will result in a charge equal to the value of the appointment.

Do you work on animals?

At this time we are not able to work on pets.

How often do I need to come into the office?

We develop individualized treatment plans for each patient, and those needs become clear after the initial evaluation. We typically see clients every two weeks, but depending on the severity of the situation, this time frame could vary anywhere from twice a week to every three months.

Other questions?

Email or call the office and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

Yes! We have experience working with Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses. Lyme disease can present a plethora of complicated symptoms. We do not treat the symptoms, but instead help you develop ways to work around them or reduce them entirely.

Do you offer nutrional counseling?

Yes! Nutrition is a huge part of holistic healing and it will inevitably be a part of any treatment plan you receive here, but we also offer nutritional counseling on it's own. Additionally, we have developed a 7-day meal plan with clean, easy-to-make suggestions for every part of the day.

Do I need to bring anything to my first appointment?

We send all of our clients intake paperwork. It is quite extensive, but all of it is important. Feel free to also bring in any medications or supplements your are currently taking as well as any recent lab work reports, x-rays, or other documents to show your doctors. For some clients, you may be asked to bring other items with which you come into contact such as soaps, detergents, shoes or clothing, contained mold samples, spiders or ticks, or specific food items.

I don't have specific illness or pain condition. Can I still see the doctors?

Yes! We would love to help you optimize and maintain your health. We do not require a diagnosis to become a patient at our clinic.

I've never explored holistic health care and I don't know where to start.

We are here to help! Tackling your whole health can be daunting and a little scary. That's why we offer a free consultation--so that you can feel comfortable with this path. Expect to learn a lot and get comfortable paying close attention little changes in your life, body, and mind.

Does all of this really work?

Yes! We have seen countless clients recover from illness and improve their lives this way. Holistic health care requires a degree of work and commitment on the part of the patient, but it does really work and is incredibly effective. In some cases we've seen clients improve through our methods who have had little to no luck with other routes.
