Our meal plan is not about implementing strict limitations on your life or demanding that you meticulously to count calories. Instead, it's about it's about helping you find out what works for you and your body. We encourage you to trust your body and pay attention to it. Explore a wide range of recipes and find out what meals make you feel good!


We emphasize:

Variety: A rainbow of plant and/or animal-based foods rotated on a regular basis. This rotation keeps eating exciting and prevents buildup of negative byproducts from developing in the body.

Balance: We've balanced each meal to provide you with the optimal ratios of macronutrients and essential micronutrients to power your daily activities!

Joy: Fresh, quality ingredients take center stage in every meal. Enjoy the food you're eating and who you're eating it with! Our meal plan has not shame or guilt attached!
