Above all,

you should expect to be

heard and cared for

Chiropractic

First time client?

First time clients seeking chiropractic care will see Dr. Quinn or Dr. Fennel for 1 full hour. This gives you ample time to discuss the particularities of your body. Dr. Quinn or Dr. Fennel will assess your standing and sitting postures, gait, and other natural positions. You will discuss any aches or pains, past or current injuries, daily habits and health cycles, and any other relevant information. Your doctor will then use Applied Kinesiology methods to pinpoint the inhibited muscles in your body and release the tension.

Follow-up appointments will be 30-minutes long and will continue at an individualized frequency until the issue calms down.

Check-up appointments are 15-minutes long and can be scheduled regularly and in advance. These are essential for maintaining the improvements earned in the previous appointments.

Efficient and effective: We believe that longer sessions make lasting changes. When you have time to work one-on-one with a doctor without feeling rushed, we can get to the root of the problem faster and more successfully. This allows for shorter, more focused treatment terms for you in the long run. We do not require long-term commitments from our clients. You pay as you go and we reevaluate your case at every session.

Functional Medicine

First time client?

For first-time clients seeking functional medicine care, we recommend booking a free phone consultation. The consultation is a good time to get a feel for our practice and give our team time to contemplate your case. We may schedule your first appointment on this day or your doctor may order some lab work for you. These lab results will come to our office; we will call you to make your first appointment when we get them (usually 1-3 weeks, depending on the tests).

On your first appointment, you will see your doctor for 1 full hour. During this hour, you will discuss the results of your lab work (if applicable) and give further details on your health.  This could include aches and pains, immunity, trends you've noticed, daily habits, emotional wellbeing, and any other relevant information. This gives you ample time to discuss the particularities for your body and lifestyle, your recent lab work (or compare to old lab work), and any health goals you want to reach. (Don’t be afraid of sharing–sometimes we don't notice some information is relevant until we talk about it!) Your treatment may include minerals, herbs, vitamins, diet changes, detoxification, chiropractic adjustments, massages, light therapy, lifestyle changes, or some combination of these. This is completely dependent on the patient and their particular needs.

Follow-up appointments will be 30-minutes long and will continue at an individualized frequency until the issue calms down. Keep close track of your changes and progress.

Check-up appointments are 15-minutes long as needed and can be scheduled regularly and in advance. During your treatment period, these are essential to maintaining your progress.

Massage Therapy

Deep Tissue Massage

A deep tissue massage is usually geared toward pain relief and myofascial releasing. Our deep tissue massages include care of the whole body, but be sure that during your visit you communicate with your practitioner about any sensitive spots or problem areas that may need more attention. Deep tissue massages can induce intense relaxation, improve mobility and flexibility, decrease headaches and GI issues, improve symptoms of depression and anxiety, help with chronic aches and pains, and improve lymphatic and blood circulation.

Soreness is natural. Be sure to rest and drink lots of water afterward.

Heated body mat and essential oils included.

Available for 60 or 90 minute slots.

Acupuncture

First time client?

First time clients seeking acupuncture care will see Jessica for 90 minutes. This gives you ample time to discuss the particularities of your body. Jessica will assess any relevant information about your aches and pains, past or current injuries, daily habits and health cycles, and any other relevant information. This detailed health history combined with a physical exam and a discussion of your goals and concerns will lead to a unique treatment plan. Other related therapies may be included in your treatment plan, such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and herbal remedies.

Follow-up appointments will be 1 hour long, and will continue at an individualized frequency until the issue calms down. Keep close track of your changes and progress.

Infrared Sauna sessions are 40 minutes long.  Unlike most spa saunas, an infrared sauna produces infrared light and dry heat at around 145 degrees. We offer a private room, cool towels, and cold Mountain Valley Spring Water to accompany your sessions. We recommend at least 1 visit a week to receive maximum benefits.

HALO sessions are 15 minutes long. For HALO patients, we recommend 2-3 visits a week to receive maximum benefits.
